Lifestyle Consultant Sarah Coleman is taking the class on Tuesdays,
New Course starts on Tuesday 9th September
The course is FREE to all Spirit Health Club Members, you can attend the course as a non-member for only £25.

EXERCISE CLASSES
SHOTOKAN KARATE
Shotokan Karate is non-competitive karate in a friendly environment. Excellent for self defence, self-confidence, and for increasing fitness levels.
It takes place on Wednesday night at 6.30pm with Qualified Instructor Dennis Wilton (beginners and children are welcome). There is also the opportunity to earn nationally recognised Karate grades.
A special congratulations goes to Mark Gaffey & Phil Emery who have achieved their Black Belt - Well done lads!!!!
CORE STABILITY
The Core Stability class works on balance, stability and strength training - all in one class! – It is a good workout, fun, & especially good for toning your all important abs!
Ian Tatton is taking the classes and would very much like you to come and join in. The class takes place on Thursday night at 6.30pm. If you have any questions or concerns if the class is right for you then please see a member of staff for more details. Booking is essential
AQUA-AEROBICS
Water based exercise in a fun environment to music, ideal for everyone including people with injuries, arthritis or pregnant. Generally low impact exercise but with high calorie burn - an average class burning up to 300kcals. A combination of jogging, kicking, jumping and tonal exercises - giving increased aerobic endurance, greater flexibility and increased muscle tone.

DONNA LOUISE TRUST - SUMMER FETE
Thankyou to everybody who managed to make it along to the summer fete. Despite the rain we managed to raise in the region of £500 which will be donated to the Donna Louise Trust.
