Reflexology - The healing art
A benefical recent addition to the club is the acquisition of Trica Foley (ITEC MAR Reflexoligist). Reflexology is a form of 'alternative' or 'complementary' medicine and involves a method of treatment using massage to reflex areas found in the feet and the hands. Most commonly, the feet are used as the areas to be treated. Spirit Oxford members nights
All the team at Spirit Health Club Oxford would like to thank those members and their friends who attended the "Spirit @ the Movies" night that was held in September. It was a fun night and we hope you all enjoyed the quiz, disco and buffet provided. Members nights happen every 2 months at the club and are a great opportunity for members to socialise outside of the club together and to introduce their friends to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere that exists in the club itself. Here is a picture from the night, as you can see some went to a great effort with their fancy dress! Our next members night is planned for the middle of December, and will unsurprisingly be Christmas themed!
