Stella Guilding

I joined the team at Spirit Health Club Gloucester in early 2008, since then I have built on existing strengths and areas of interest by introducing 'On the Ball' classes, and completing an advanced instructors course. I have now also started personal training within the club. Before this I gained a strong knowledge base by working in the industry for over 4 years, whilst studying for a degree in Exercise and Health Science. I am interested in a variety of sports and actvities especially extreme sports such as skydiving and snowboarding.

  • BSc(Hons) Exercise & Health Science
  • Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
  • Level 1 Fitness Ball Instructor.

Natasha Hayter

After completing Sport & Exercise Science at Loughborough University I joined Spirit Health Club Cambridge and after 8 months transfered to Spirit Gloucester.  Within this time I have completed may qualifications to further my knowledge and skills enhancing the level of support I am able to provide our members.  Following on from gymnastics at an early age, I have enjoyed and regularly participated in many sports and regularly use gyms to maintain my level of fitness.

Luke Kavanagh

Hello my name is Luke and I have worked at Spirit Health Club now for 4 years having joined in 2005 as a Leisure assistant. Since then I have graduated from university studying a BSc (Hons) Sports Conditioning and Coaching degree and completed my Certificate in Personal Training course amongst others.

 When I am not studying or working I play semi professional football so you would normally find me either on the training pitch or in the gym myself. Leading a very active lifestyle I believe that exercise should have a place in everyone’s lifestyle no matter how large or small.

 The best thing about exercise is the feeling that you get, this may be through winning a competition, reaching a target weight or simple coming to the end of a tough session. My promise to you is that no matter how large or small I guarantee to have you on the right track towards your personal milestone.

 You can benefit from training with me through; constructive feedback, increased understanding of why you are training in a certain way, increased motivation and enthusiasm towards your training and a supportive environment in which you feel comfortable to train.
