Spirit Health Club Edinburgh Member's Christmas Party
The annual member’s Christmas party will take place on
Sampans Member Social Evening
Our annual Sampans Social Evening has been put on hold until the New Year due to the restaurant being busy for the next few weeks and we felt that this event was growing ever closer to the Christmas Party. Our aim is to hold this event in February to coincide with Chinese New Year so keep your eyes peeled in the New Year for a new date for this.
A Special Mention
On behalf of the staff and members of Spirit Health Club, I would like to congratulate William Clark who has recently returned from the Special Olympics in
Gym Challenge
Alan will shortly be unveiling his next gym challenge for all members so why not add a competitive edge to your workout and take part. This challenge will take place in November in preparation for the Christmas Calorie Burn that will commence on
Swimming Lessons
The current term of swimming lessons with Swimming Nature is due to finish on Sunday 16th December. In the meantime, I have agreed with Swimming Nature that daily numbers will be reduced to a maximum of six kids per session in the hope that this will reduce some of the congestion in the changing areas during the lesson times. I would like to thank all of those members who have provided feedback on the initial trial term for the lessons. I appreciate there have been some unforeseen difficulties and this has been taken into consideration in preparation for next year. I am currently re-negotiating the agreement with Swimming Nature with a view of limiting lessons to two days during the week plus the weekends. If anyone has any thoughts on this then please feel free to feedback to me directly before any final decisions are made.
