Spirit Health Club Coventry Refurbishment
For 2 weeks in October, Spirit Health Club Coventry was closed and underwent a fantastic refurbishment.
Changing rooms have been refitted with new top of the range lockers, vanity units, ceilings, retiling and complete redecoration.
The gym has had new equipment (with more coming soon), TV's for entertainment throughout your workout, new ceilings and complete redecoration.
The pool has been chemically cleaned, with new loungers around poolside and an array of magazines available to read while you relax, this area benefitted from retiling work and repainting as well.
The club looks absolutely fantastic and is well work a visit.

SPORTS RELIEF
On Sunday 16th March 2008 members and staff from the Spirit Health Club Coventry took part in the Sport Relief mile challenge.
Club Manager Neil Antcliffe & Lifestyle Consultant Cheryl Devonish ran the 6 mile course alongside 20 other members all in aid of the Sport Relief charity raising over £300 in the process.
They were also joined by Spirit Health Club Rugby Deputy club manager Tom Davis and staff from the Holiday Inn Hotel Coventry.
Dressed as caveman, they were not amused to see the pouring rain and cold weather set in as the costumes were not exactly thermal. Completing the run in under 50 minutes they were happy to see the finish line and look forward to a well earned rest.
Congratulations go to all the members and staff who completed this challenge many whom had never run this distance in the past. A great achievement by all.
