Activities Offered
There are a number of additional activities available for members and guests to enjoy at Spirit Health Club Bristol
Aqua Aerobics
An invigorating workout in the pool, which gently conditions the body without putting excess pressure on muscles and joints. This activity is enjoyed by people of all ages, shapes and sizes.
Circuit Training
An excellent way to simultaneously improve fitness, mobility, strength and stamina. Circuit training caters for all abilities and is an alternative way to maintain fitness.
Personal Training
Our individual one to one sessions will motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.
Based on progression at all times from real people who've been in your shoes and understand what you need!
Pilates
Special focus and attention is placed on improving your posture by strengthening both your core and postural muscles to try and gain a more balanced body and reducing the risk of future injury.
Running Club
This is available for all abilities of fitness, it’s a great way to get fit whist enjoying the great outdoors. Distances range from 2 – 10 miles. Times vary please see club notice boards for further details.
Swimming Lessons
Whether you are a non swimmer or simply want to improve your technique, 1:1 sessions will help you progress in the right direction.
Yoga
An ancient oriental therapy that uses posture, breathing exercises and meditation to help calm and relax the mind and body. An excellent way to relieve stress and increase vitality.

Walking club
Enjoy a stroll around the local area while getting some fresh air. Join the friendly group to complete up to 4 miles every Thursday at 1pm.
Gym clinics
Keep in touch with a staff member during our daily gym clinics. Speak to a member of the team without making a booking to sit down and discuss your program.
