Spirit Health Clubs support the 30 minute a day message
30 minutes a day is all it can take to get you feeling that little bit healthier. Spirit Health Clubs support this message and are keen to offer new members a programme that incorporates their time in the Club, but also activities we carry out on a daily basis. Aiming for 5 x 30 minutes as week can at first be daunting, however gardening, washing the car, walking to the shops, dancing or cycling to work can all be included in this target. Joining the health club can be a great way of recognising the need to change our lifestyles and getting some structured support and activity. Swimming, walking, cycling, group activity can all add variety and as we know - variety is the spice of life.
